Medium Bud Vase

This bud vase is part of a series that I make in a different studio that is occasionally available to me.  It uses a different kiln technology (using actual fire in what is called a reduction environment) and a completely different set of glazes.  Please note that these will not form part of my ongoing glaze stable so these are even more ‘one-off’ than my normal work.

The work itself is more rustic as the kiln/glaze/clay combination behaves completely differently in reduction.

Anyway, I think they’re lovely in a completely different way – hope you do too!
