Wheel Throwing Taster Sessions

What to expect:

• 2-3 hour session in the relaxed and beautiful setting of my High Street shop in Neston.
• Welcome drinks and biscuits – with frequent top-ups throughout the session!
• Only 2 students per session, so sessions are relaxed, personal, and the help you need is sitting directly opposite you – no waiting 20 mins while the tutor is helping someone 6 wheels down the row!
• Step by step guided instruction on each step of the throwing process – demonstrated by me first before you have a go yourselves.
• Supportive, relaxed atmosphere, where you can take your time and really ‘get’ the process at your pace – it’s pottery after all, it’s meant to be mindful, not a stressful experience.
• The option to have the work you make glazed and fired with one of my own hand crafted glazes.  There is a £10 firing/glazing fee for each piece.
